Duties & Responsibilities
- Support research for an international project investigating how academics perceive changes in academia globally.
- Conduct the Hong Kong leg of the international research project.
- Perform related research tasks as needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree plus one year of post-Master's full-time work experience, or a Doctorate in higher education policy.
- Demonstrate interest in researching higher education policy in Hong Kong.
- Conduct literature reviews and understand quantitative and qualitative research methods.
- Possess excellent organisational and interpersonal skills with proficiency in written and spoken English.
- Work independently and collaboratively within a team.
