Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct critical literature reviews to support the research project.
- Assist in research design and development of research instruments.
- Manage and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Conduct statistical analyses and draft academic manuscripts.
- Support participant recruitment and liaise with schools for data collection.
- Maintain research records and perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a master's degree in Applied Linguistics, English Language Education, or related field, plus one year of post-master's full-time work experience, or possess a doctorate.
- Possess sound knowledge of educational research methods including quantitative, qualitative, and mixed-methods approaches.
- Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English.
- Have experience in academic writing and manuscript preparation (advantageous).
- Possess proficiency in Chinese (preferred).
- Have strong interpersonal and communication skills.
