Duties & Responsibilities

Assist principal investigator and co-investigators with a research project on teachers' professional identity construction on social media.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative data collection and analysis.
Perform literature review and coordinate student helpers.
Carry out other duties as assigned by the principal investigator and co-investigators.

Hold a Master's degree plus one year of post-Master's full-time working experience, or a Doctoral degree in relevant social sciences (Communication and Media Studies, Education Studies, Psychology, Sociology, or Anthropology).
Possess strong qualitative and quantitative research skills.
Demonstrate excellent written and spoken English and Chinese communication skills.
Show strong management and interpersonal abilities with capacity for independent work and meticulous attention to detail.
Display high self-motivation, patience, and strong sense of responsibility.
Have prior research experience in relevant disciplines (preferred).
