Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in implementing and evaluating the Team-Based Learning redesign project in social work education.
- Develop Canvas modules, question banks, case materials, rubrics, and peer-evaluation tools.
- Set up and manage Canvas quizzes, assignments, surveys, and reporting workflows.
- Collect, organise, and analyse quantitative and qualitative evaluation data.
- Prepare project reports, implementation guides, dissemination materials, and academic manuscripts.
- Liaise with course staff, students, support units, and other stakeholders.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Social Work, Education, Educational Technology, Social Sciences, Psychology, Sociology, or related discipline.
- Good writing skills in English and Chinese with strong computer literacy.
- Responsible, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
- Experience in teaching and learning research, course evaluation, digital learning, or professional education is preferred.
- Quantitative and/or qualitative research skills with knowledge of SPSS, R, Stata, NVivo, or Excel is preferred.
- Familiarity with Canvas, e-learning tools, team-based learning, and responsible GenAI use is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time or Part-time contract — up to 15 months.
