Duties & Responsibilities
- Fabricate OLED devices using proprietary materials and optimize device structures.
- Work on a research project focused on commercializing R&D outcomes with government, industry, and academia partners.
- Conduct independent and collaborative research with multidisciplinary teams and external parties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold an M.Sc. with at least one year of post-qualification experience, or a Ph.D. in Chemistry, Material Science, Microelectronics, or related disciplines.
- Demonstrate strong background in organic optoelectronics and/or OLED device fabrication.
- Have a good publication track record and demonstrated expertise in the research field.
- Possess strong analytical skills and good command of English and Chinese.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — one year, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
