Senior Research Assistant (holding the functional title of Project Manager) in the Department of Pharmacology and Pharmacy

Duties & Responsibilities

Monitor project progress, logistics, deliverables, and finance.
Liaison with stakeholders and network with collaborators alongside the Principal Investigator.
Prepare reports, manuscripts, and presentations for publication.
Provide administrative support and supervise junior research assistants.

Hold a Master's degree with 2–3 years of relevant experience, or a Bachelor's degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
Degree in healthcare-related disciplines or data sciences (pharmacy, public health, statistics, biostatistics, computer science, data science, mathematics, engineering, or related field).
Demonstrate proficiency in statistical analysis and software (R, Stata, SAS, Python).
Possess strong written and spoken English and Cantonese/Chinese.
Display excellent communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Work independently and collaboratively in multidisciplinary teams with analytical and detail-oriented approach.
Experience with electronic health records/big data analysis is highly desirable.
Experience in scoping reviews, systematic reviews, or qualitative interviews is advantageous.

Full-time; one-year temporary term or two-year fixed-term contract with possible renewal subject to funding and performance.
