Senior Research Assistant in the Centre for Psycho-oncology Research & Teaching and the Division of Behavioural Sciences of the School of Public Health

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee project execution and monitor progress across multiple study sites to meet established milestones.
Supervise data collection and analysis while maintaining high data quality standards.
Liaise with clinical collaborators to facilitate patient recruitment and study operations.
Mentor and manage junior research staff, providing guidance and training.
Prepare reports and ensure timely project delivery.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in psychology, social sciences, public health, or related discipline with 3+ years of experience, or a Master's degree with 1+ year of post-qualification experience.
Demonstrate strong skills in qualitative and quantitative data analysis with proficiency in SPSS or similar software.
Have substantial experience monitoring project progress and liaising with clinical sites.
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with clinical partners.
Be self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently and in multidisciplinary teams.

Full-time, fixed-term contract for two years with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
