Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in conducting research projects across all stages of the research process under Principal Investigator supervision.
- Manage data collection, participant recruitment, and data analysis.
- Conduct literature reviews and liaise with collaborators and external organisations.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's Degree or above in social policy, social work, psychology, or related social sciences disciplines.
- At least 1 year of post-qualification experience as a research assistant in social sciences.
- Fluent or native-level proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese.
- Proficiency in SPSS or STATA statistical software.
- Hardworking, self-motivated, and able to work independently under pressure.
Appointment
- Full-time contract for one year with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
