Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the Principal Investigator on data collection and analysis for a digital labor research project.
- Conduct literature searches and information gathering for the research team.
- Arrange and assist with fieldwork in mainland China.
- Coordinate with internal and external parties related to the project.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Sociology or a related Social Science discipline.
- Knowledge and experience conducting qualitative interviews and field observations.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Mandarin Chinese.
- Master's degree in Sociology and mainland China fieldwork experience are advantageous.
Appointment
- Contract — 6 months initial appointment with possible re-appointment by mutual agreement.
