Duties & Responsibilities

Support project administration, research coordination, scheduling, and progress monitoring.
Conduct research activities including participant recruitment, data collection, and data analysis.
Prepare progress reports, funding claims, and research deliverables.
Supervise and mentor Research Assistants (Senior position only).
Coordinate multiple research sites and ensure adherence to research protocols (Senior position only).
Liaise with external partners and coordinate fieldwork and stakeholder meetings (Senior position only).
Evening and weekend work may be required.

Master's degree in Health Psychology, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related discipline plus one year post-degree work experience, OR Doctoral degree in these fields.
Administrative experience in project management, project finance, or committee support is desirable.
Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese).
Self-motivated, responsible, well-organised, and able to work independently and collaboratively.
