Duties & Responsibilities

Support research projects in higher education, particularly in large-class teaching and learning.
Conduct research using quantitative, qualitative, and design-oriented methodological approaches.
Perform data collection, analysis, and academic writing tasks.
Contribute to evidence-based innovation in teaching and learning across diverse educational contexts.

Hold a Bachelor's degree in Education, Educational Psychology, Learning Sciences, or related discipline (Research Assistant I) or Master's degree/above in a relevant field (Senior Research Assistant).
Possess basic knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods.
Have experience in data collection, analysis, and writing.
Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English, with Chinese proficiency desirable.
Show ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
For Senior Research Assistant: have one-year post-Master's full-time work experience or hold a doctoral degree.
