Duties & Responsibilities

Support project administration and management, including coordination of research activities and scheduling.
Conduct research activities such as participant recruitment, data collection, fitness assessments, surveys, and interviews.
Assist in preparing progress reports, funding claims, and research deliverables.
Supervise and mentor Research Assistants (Senior Research Assistant only).
Coordinate multiple research sites and ensure adherence to research protocols (Senior Research Assistant only).
Liaise with external partners including NGOs, schools, and community centres.
Support preparation of scientific reports and manuscripts (Senior Research Assistant only).
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and work evenings/weekends as required.

Master's degree in Health Psychology, Sports Science, Physical Education, or related health discipline, plus one year post-degree full-time experience, or Doctoral degree.
Administrative experience in project management, project finance, or committee secretariat support is desirable.
Excellent command of written and spoken English.
