Duties & Responsibilities

Conduct research on ageing and caregiving within the Centre's research initiatives.
Manage large databases and perform advanced statistical analysis of outcomes.
Coordinate training programmes and develop psychometric scales.
Evaluate complex interventions and support research projects on family caregivers.

Master's degree or above in gerontology, psychology, social sciences, or related field (or Bachelor's degree for Research Assistant level).
At least 3 years' research experience (1 year preferred for Research Assistant positions).
Proficiency with statistical software (SPSS, R, Stata) and MS Office applications.
Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese required; Putonghua advantageous).
Registration as a Social Worker (for Senior Research Assistant).
Strong interpersonal, organizational, and teamwork skills.

Full-time; temporary contract up to or less than 1 year with possibility of renewal subject to performance and funding availability; University contribution to retirement benefits scheme.
