Duties & Responsibilities

Assist with literature review, needs assessment, and coordination of software developers for an AI-enabled narrative therapy app.
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data using appropriate research methods.
Conduct in-depth interviews, arrange data, and compile research reports and journal articles.
Handle administrative tasks and perform other duties as assigned.

Senior Research Assistant: Master's degree or above in Education, Applied Research, Applied Psychology, Statistics, Social Work, Computer or Data Science.
Research Assistant: Bachelor's degree or above in the same fields listed above.
Senior Research Assistant: At least 3 years of relevant research experience; Research Assistant: relevant research experience required.
Knowledge of quantitative and/or qualitative research methods; familiarity with randomized controlled trials and mixed-methods approaches.
Ability to work independently with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize research into clear outputs.
Fluency in English and Chinese with good communication skills.
Preference given to those with experience in AI technologies in social/educational settings, special educational needs, narrative therapy, or mental health research.
