Duties & Responsibilities
- Work on research projects focused on influenza virus.
- Participate in research planning and implementation.
- Provide training and supervision to junior research staff and postgraduate students.
- Prepare research reports.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree with at least one year's post-qualification experience, or a Ph.D. degree.
- Possess a strong background in Microbiology, Immunology, Medical Laboratory Science, or a related discipline.
- Demonstrate excellent skills and knowledge in virology and molecular biology.
- Preference given to candidates with experience in virology research using cell lines in biosafety level 2 laboratories.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — one-year temporary term or two-year fixed-term contract, with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
