Duties & Responsibilities

Assist the Principal Investigator and Co-investigators in conducting research tasks on a psychosocial study of students with special educational needs.
Review literature, conduct mixed-method research, and coordinate with team members and collaborating partners.
Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, conduct in-depth interviews, and compile research reports.
Write peer-reviewed journal articles and supervise research assistants.

Hold a Master's degree or above in Social Sciences, Applied Psychology, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
Have at least five years of relevant research experience in quantitative and qualitative methods.
Be familiar with randomized controlled trial and mixed-methods research procedures.
Possess knowledge of SPSS and NVivo software, with statistical modeling knowledge as an advantage.
Work independently with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce clear research outputs.
Have excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Chinese.
