Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal Investigator and Co-investigators in conducting research tasks on a psychosocial study of students with special educational needs.
- Review literature, conduct mixed-method research, and coordinate with team members and collaborating partners.
- Collect and analyze quantitative and qualitative data, conduct in-depth interviews, and compile research reports.
- Write peer-reviewed journal articles and supervise research assistants.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree or above in Social Sciences, Applied Psychology, Statistics, Computer Science, or Data Science.
- Have at least five years of relevant research experience in quantitative and qualitative methods.
- Be familiar with randomized controlled trial and mixed-methods research procedures.
- Possess knowledge of SPSS and NVivo software, with statistical modeling knowledge as an advantage.
- Work independently with strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and ability to produce clear research outputs.
- Have excellent communication skills and fluency in both English and Chinese.
