Duties & Responsibilities
- Arrange and assist in conducting interviews, focus groups, and collecting quantitative data.
- Collect data and perform data analysis.
- Assist in drafting operational manuals, training materials, forms, templates, and reports.
- Perform other assigned duties as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree required; Master's/MPhil degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related disciplines preferred.
- Experience in statistical data analysis.
- Ability to work independently.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good English writing skills.
- Publication experience preferred.
