Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide counselling and support services to students on academic, personal, and social matters.
- Develop and implement student support programmes and initiatives.
- Collaborate with faculty and other student services departments to enhance student wellbeing.
- Maintain confidential records and provide crisis intervention when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree in counselling, psychology, social work, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in student counselling or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Professional counselling certification or licensure required.
