Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide counselling and support services to students on academic, personal, and career matters.
- Develop and implement student support programmes and initiatives.
- Collaborate with academic departments and other student services to enhance student welfare.
- Conduct assessments and refer students to appropriate resources or external services when needed.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree in counselling, psychology, social work, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in student counselling or similar role.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Knowledge of higher education environment and student development.
