Duties & Responsibilities
- Administer various scholarships and financial assistance schemes for undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Assist in allocation and nomination of scholarships, including promotion and liaison with donors and government offices.
- Handle arrangements for new scholarships including database updates, website maintenance, and account setup.
- Compile statistical summaries, annual reports for endowment funds, and reports for relevant committees.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with at least five years of relevant work experience.
- Experience in tertiary institutions or Scholarships & Financial Aid field is advantageous.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills with meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Self-motivated with ability to multitask and work effectively independently and in teams.
Appointment
- Contract — Two-year fixed-term contract with reappointment subject to mutual agreement and satisfactory performance.
