Senior Systems Analyst (Digital Experience Services)

Duties & Responsibilities

Resolve complex technical issues across digital experience platforms and enterprise systems.
Provide full-stack development support for front-end, back-end, integration, and infrastructure components.
Review and support development on CMS platforms, particularly Adobe Experience Manager and other content management systems.
Develop technical guidelines, standards, and documentation for internal operational use.
Prepare and validate proof-of-concept solutions and optimise system performance and user experience.
Apply performance solutions such as caching strategies, CDN usage, and Apache rewrite rules.
Collaborate with IT teams to address security risks, integration issues, and environment problems.
Support security hardening, vulnerability fixing, and compliance remediation activities.
Leverage analytics and performance metrics to improve digital experience and user engagement.
Optimise integrations with social media, third-party services, and external platforms.

Bachelor's degree in computer engineering, computer science, or a related discipline.
At least 6 years of relevant experience in system development and system analysis roles.
Strong full-stack development experience, including Java and object-oriented programming.
Solid hands-on experience with CMS platforms, with strong knowledge of Adobe Experience Manager.
Experience in web and platform performance optimisation, including network latency reduction.
Practical experience with Apache rewrite rules, caching concepts, CDN, and DNS configuration.
Experience addressing application and platform security concerns and vulnerability remediation.
