Duties & Responsibilities

Lead or support management and development of architecture and urban design programmes aligned with institutional goals.
Engage in accreditation processes, including preparing documents and coordinating with external bodies.
Deliver high-quality teaching at undergraduate and postgraduate levels incorporating theory, practice, and emerging trends.
Supervise design studios and integrate professional standards into curriculum content.
Maintain active professional or applied research practice with impactful contributions to architecture and urban design.
Build industry partnerships to create student opportunities.

Master's or Doctorate degree in Architecture, Urban Design, or closely related discipline.
Strong university-level teaching record with innovative design studio and lecture pedagogy.
Substantial professional architecture or urban design experience with impressive project portfolio.
Proven experience designing or contributing to architecture curricula.
Experience with academic programme development and HKIA accreditation processes.
Familiarity with programme management and accreditation standards in higher education.
