Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan, design, develop, and deliver courses and study programmes with continuous review and enhancement.
- Undertake teaching duties including learning support, student supervision, and preparation of study materials.
- Supervise student projects, set and moderate examination papers, and handle assessment responsibilities.
- Provide academic leadership as subject leader and contribute to curriculum development and quality enhancement.
- Coordinate courses and teaching staff when assigned to support effective programme delivery.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to support teaching and collaborative initiatives.
- Undertake departmental administration and other duties as assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD degree or equivalent postgraduate degree with substantial relevant experience in electrical, electronics, or computer engineering.
- Demonstrated excellence in teaching and/or experience in educational leadership and curriculum development.
- For Senior Teaching Fellow: substantial professional experience, distinguished record of teaching and administration, and demonstrated accomplishment in curriculum planning.
- For Teaching Fellow: relevant professional experience and expertise in non-academic settings with teaching and administration experience.
