Duties & Responsibilities

Manage a team of research staff conducting community-based longitudinal lung cancer studies in Hong Kong.
Coordinate participant recruitment, training, and motivation of team members in the community.
Oversee all aspects of studies including follow-up activities, vaccination, interviews, and specimen collection.
Liaise with funding bodies, community partners, and project stakeholders.
Ensure compliance with standardized operating procedures, GCP, and regulatory requirements.
Conduct budget monitoring, report writing, and data quality assurance activities.

Nursing qualification registrable with the Nursing Council of Hong Kong and valid practising certificate.
Advanced qualification in public health, infection control, or related discipline (preferred).
At least 10-12 years of post-qualification experience in nursing.
Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese.
Organized, responsible, detail-minded, self-motivated, and able to work independently and in teams.
Demonstrated research interest in public health and clinical research management experience (advantageous).

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
