Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, plan and execute large-scale AV projects for hybrid learning and teaching environments.
- Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot AV and IT hardware and software systems.
- Provide frontline user support for IT and AV services and produce live, hybrid and virtual events.
- Create technical documentation and deliver workshops on IT and AV usage.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Advanced diploma in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field with at least 5 years of relevant AV and/or IT support experience.
- Demonstrated expertise in AV technologies including AV over IP, Crestron systems and digital signage.
- Proficiency with MS Windows, Mac OS, Office365, structured cabling and network equipment.
- Fluent spoken English and Cantonese; Putonghua proficiency is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time — Fixed-term contract of two years, subject to performance review for re-appointment.
