Duties & Responsibilities

Maintain strict cleanroom protocols in Class 100 and 1000 environments to ensure contamination control and operational safety.
Ensure adherence to safety standards when handling HF, TMAH, lasers, and other chemicals.
Conduct nanofabrication tasks including photolithography, etching, deposition, and characterization for CMOS and MEMS projects.
Troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on equipment including SEM, AFM, ICP, PVD, and vacuum systems.
Provide training to laboratory users on equipment operation, safety procedures, and best practices.
Perform additional laboratory management duties as assigned.

Bachelor's degree or above in Electronic Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Materials Science, Physics, or related disciplines.
Minimum 3 years of relevant laboratory experience in industry or academia.
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English and Chinese (including Mandarin).
Strong motivation, high sense of responsibility, and ability to work independently and in teams.
Prior experience working in cleanroom environments is preferred.
Familiarity with CAD tools like AutoCAD is advantageous.

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance; includes contract-end gratuity and University retirement benefits contribution (up to 10% of basic salary).
