Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform laboratory work and analyses in molecular genetics.
- Assist in the research and development of new molecular techniques.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree or equivalent in Molecular Biology or related disciplines.
- At least 2 years of experience in laboratory management, cancer biology, and medical genetics.
- Fluency in English and Cantonese.
- Reliable, self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility and ability to work independently and in teams.
- Registration with Hong Kong Medical Laboratory Technologists Board is advantageous.
- Prior experience in molecular genetics, whole genome, exome sequencing, and bioinformatics is advantageous.
Appointment
- Contract — one year, with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
