Duties & Responsibilities

Assist in conducting routine and advanced experiments in the laboratory.
Manage and maintain core laboratory equipment including flow cytometry and NGS platforms.
Develop and implement standard operating procedures.
Ensure compliance with laboratory safety regulations and biosafety guidelines.
Perform general administrative and ad hoc tasks as assigned.

Hold a Master's degree or above in Microbiology, Biological Sciences, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
Have minimum 5 years of practical laboratory experience in BSL-2 and BSL-3 environments.
Possess familiarity with flow cytometry, imaging systems, and NGS platforms.
Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
Possess strong interpersonal, organizational, and self-motivation skills.
Be capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.
A strong publication record is advantageous.

Full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and up to 10% University contribution to retirement benefits scheme.

Commencement date: As soon as possible.
