Senior Technical Officer in Imaging and Flow Cytometry Core

Duties & Responsibilities

Oversee daily operation of the flow cytometry platform to ensure smooth service delivery.
Provide technical consultation and guidance on experimental design and protocol optimization.
Validate, develop, and optimize protocols for new platforms, assays, and immunology applications.
Supervise and train junior staff in advanced cytometry techniques and best practices.
Train users and provide technical support to facilitate research efforts.
Organize technical seminars, workshops, and knowledge-sharing events.

Ph.D. degree in Biomedical Sciences with strong background in immunology preferred.
Hands-on experience in immunology and flow cytometry technologies.
Experience in a core facility setting is advantageous.
Strong analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail.
Self-motivated, responsible, and collaborative with strong teamwork inclination.
Commitment to continuous technical skill development.

Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance; includes contract-end gratuity and university contribution to retirement benefits scheme totalling up to 10% of basic salary.

Commencement: As soon as possible.
