Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide administrative, technical, and logistic support to the Academy of Music and Creative Hub.
- Coordinate teaching, learning, and performance activities.
- Produce teaching videos and audio content.
- Perform day-to-day office operations and other assigned duties.
- Provide on-site technical support during concerts, live events, and key projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline with excellent English and Chinese proficiency.
- At least 4 years' experience in media production, AV, or event support (preferred).
- Hands-on experience in filming, photography, video editing, and professional audio equipment.
- Proficiency in Mac and Windows operating systems with troubleshooting skills.
- Basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Detail-oriented, strong multitasking ability, and capable of working independently.
- Flexibility to work non-standard hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract of 2 years, commencing as soon as possible.
