Duties & Responsibilities
- Maintain the School's prototyping workshop and equipment.
- Support teaching, research, and prototyping activities for project-based courses.
- Conduct workshops and assist students in developing innovative projects.
- Provide technical support for the School's daily operations.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a relevant higher diploma or bachelor's degree.
- Possess at least three years of relevant work experience (or less for Technical Officer role).
- Demonstrate extensive technical experience in at least two of: robotics, electronics, embedded systems programming (C/Python), or 3D modeling software.
- Have strong hands-on experience in developing rapid mechatronic prototypes.
- Have experience operating and maintaining 3D printers, laser cutters, and basic electronic equipment.
- Be self-motivated, able to work independently, and fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal; includes contract-end gratuity and University retirement benefits contribution (up to 10% of basic salary).
