Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform mouse genotyping, colony management, and in-vitro fertilization.
- Conduct sperm/embryo cryopreservation, mouse colony re-derivation, and pronuclear/blastocyst injections.
- Execute CRISPR-Cas9/DNA microinjection and embryo transfer procedures.
- Work on weekends on a rotation basis as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or above in Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or related discipline.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in mouse-assisted reproduction is advantageous but not required.
Appointment
- Two-year fixed-term basis or one-year temporary basis, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
