Duties & Responsibilities

Lead installation, administration, and maintenance of campus-wide network infrastructure and virtualisation environments.
Manage specialised platforms including AI computing, cybersecurity training, virtual production, and game development engines.
Oversee laboratory facilities, procurement, inventory control, and technical renovation projects.
Supervise technical staff, enforce safety regulations, and maintain operational efficiency.
Manage enterprise software licensing and campus-wide timetabling systems using automation and AI tools.

Diploma or higher certificate in Information Technology, Multimedia, or equivalent qualification.
Minimum 6 years' relevant work experience in technical support, multimedia, or application development.
Hands-on experience with cybersecurity, infrastructure, campus operations, licensing, or automation systems.
Proficiency in English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
Strong supervisory, communication, and interpersonal skills with self-initiative and teamwork ability.
