Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist in development and support of ERP systems including Oracle HCM and Oracle Financials.
- Develop, enhance and maintain web-based applications, portals and APIs for academic and administrative units.
- Participate in digital transformation and AI-related initiatives including workflow automation and system integration.
- Support system testing, troubleshooting, user support and technical documentation.
- Work with team members and users to deliver reliable, secure and user-focused solutions.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Computer Science/IT with 3+ years relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 1+ year experience.
- Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS, React.js, Node.js or RESTful API development.
- Basic understanding of web application development, system integration, software testing and technical documentation.
- Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL or MariaDB.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills with fluency in written and spoken English and Chinese.
