Duties & Responsibilities

Develop, implement and support ERP systems including Oracle HCM and Financials platforms.
Develop, enhance and maintain web-based applications, portals and APIs for academic and administrative units.
Participate in digital transformation and AI-related initiatives including workflow automation and system integration.
Provide system testing, troubleshooting, user support and technical documentation.
Work with team members and users to deliver reliable, secure and user-focused solutions.

Higher Diploma or Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field with 3+ years relevant experience, or Bachelor's degree with 1+ year experience.
Hands-on experience with PHP, JavaScript, Python, SQL, HTML/CSS, React.js, Node.js or RESTful APIs.
Basic understanding of web application development, system integration, software testing and technical documentation.
Knowledge of relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL or MariaDB.
Good analytical, problem-solving, communication and interpersonal skills with strong written and spoken English and Chinese.
