Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to clients across various settings.
- Supervise and educate speech therapy and related-field students.
- Coordinate work-integrated learning opportunities for students.
- Conduct speech therapy training courses for parents and professionals.
- Assist with research projects and report preparation.
- Participate in teaching activities for the MSc in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the Department; irregular hours and duty trips may be required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech and Hearing Sciences, Speech-Language Pathology, or related discipline.
- Achieve Grade E/Level 2 or above in Chinese and English (Syllabus B) in HKCEE/HKDSE.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
- Demonstrate proficiency in written and spoken English, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Show interest or experience in clinical education.
- Possess excellent interpersonal, organisational, and analytical skills.
- Work independently and collaboratively under tight timelines.
- HKIST membership or eligibility is preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 1 year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
