Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain long-term partnerships with key employers across various industries in the Greater Bay Area.
- Plan and organize GBA-specific career events including company tours, career talks, seminars, networking events, and job fairs.
- Coordinate event logistics such as venue booking, transportation, equipment, and publicity.
- Conduct regular engagement meetings with employers to gather market intelligence and identify collaboration opportunities.
- Drive student participation in career events and provide them with information on industry developments and job opportunities in the GBA.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to align GBA initiatives with broader career development strategies.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators to demonstrate programme impact.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Recognised university degree with at least five years of relevant work experience in employer relations, business development, career services, or talent acquisition.
- Proven experience building and maintaining corporate relationships, preferably with companies in the Chinese Mainland.
- Strong project management and event coordination skills with a track record of delivering programmes end-to-end.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented with ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
- Sound understanding of the GBA economic landscape and graduate employment trends in the region.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
Appointment
- Full-time, fixed-term contract for two years with contract end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefit scheme (up to 10% of basic salary).
