Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and deliver mental health programmes, trainings, events, and wellness initiatives.
- Develop priorities and goals to support student wellbeing and wellness promotion.
- Provide individual and group counselling, crisis intervention, and walk-in services under supervision.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in a mental health discipline (Counselling, Social Work, or Counselling Psychology).
- At least 3 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in tertiary education or mental health agencies.
- Bi/multilingual proficiency in English and Cantonese with evidence of service delivery.
- Experience running wellness or outreach programmes.
- Passion for working with youth and young adults; experience with high-achieving populations is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time — Two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance; contract-end gratuity and University retirement benefits contribution up to 10% of basic salary included.
