Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support to the team coordinating co-curricular activities and student societies.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate planning, coordination, and logistical support for programmes and events.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
  • Work outside normal office hours may be required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognized degree or diploma with at least 3 years' work experience.
  • Preferably have experience in tertiary institutions or the education sector.
  • Demonstrate good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Possess good organizational and communication skills, ability to work independently, and meticulous attention to detail.
  • Be a good team player.

Appointment

  • Full-time, fixed-term contract for 2 years with contract-end gratuity and University contribution to retirement benefit scheme (up to 10% of basic salary), with possibility of renewal subject to funding availability and satisfactory performance.
