Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide psychological counselling and psychotherapy services to students.
- Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention for students in distress.
- Coordinate developmental programmes and promote psychological health and wellness.
- Provide professional consultation and deliver in-service training.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Social Work.
- Be registered, accredited, or hold full professional membership with a recognized professional body.
- Have at least three years of relevant post-qualification professional experience.
- Demonstrate excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, passion for student wellbeing, self-driven attitude, and team spirit.
- Experience with university students or young adults is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time, contract basis for two years, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
