Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide psychological counselling and psychotherapy services to students.
  • Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention for students in distress.
  • Coordinate developmental programmes and promote psychological health and wellness.
  • Provide professional consultation and deliver in-service training.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Social Work.
  • Be registered, accredited, or hold full professional membership with a recognized professional body.
  • Have at least three years of relevant post-qualification professional experience.
  • Demonstrate excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, passion for student wellbeing, self-driven attitude, and team spirit.
  • Experience with university students or young adults is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time, contract basis for two years, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
