Duties & Responsibilities

Provide psychological counselling and psychotherapy services to students.
Conduct risk assessments and crisis intervention for students in distress.
Coordinate developmental programmes and promote psychological health and wellness.
Provide professional consultation and deliver in-service training.
Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors.

Hold a Master's degree in Clinical Psychology, Counselling Psychology, Educational Psychology, or Social Work.
Be registered, accredited, or hold full professional membership with a recognized professional body.
Have at least three years of relevant post-qualification professional experience.
Demonstrate excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, passion for student wellbeing, self-driven attitude, and team spirit.
Experience with university students or young adults is advantageous.

Full-time, contract basis for two years, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
