Systems Analyst (Application Development & Support)

Duties & Responsibilities

Support, maintain, and modernize legacy applications while contributing to new system development.
Map, analyze, and document interfaces between legacy systems and new platforms to ensure seamless integration.
Perform end-to-end software development lifecycle activities from requirements gathering through maintenance.
Design and develop innovative application solutions and contribute to system enhancement initiatives.
Prepare and maintain comprehensive testing and system documentation.
Produce clear user-friendly manuals to support system adoption.
Collaborate with IT colleagues and business users on institution-wide IT initiatives.

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant work experience in end-to-end application development.
Experience in front-end, back-end, and database design and development.
Experience in responsive design and system integration.
Candidates with less relevant experience may be considered for an associate-level role.
