Duties & Responsibilities
- Map and document interfaces between legacy and new systems to ensure seamless integration and efficient data transfer.
- Perform software development lifecycle tasks including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Develop innovative solutions and undertake product development.
- Create and maintain comprehensive testing documentation for complete systems with rigorous quality control.
- Produce user manuals for new systems to facilitate smooth adoption and maximize system utilization.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or related discipline.
- At least 3-4 years of relevant work experience with focus on web application development and system integration.
- Strong proven experience in Java, PHP, Python, RESTful API, and SQL.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, MS Power Platform, PowerBuilder, Jira, or test automation tools is advantageous.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to address complex system issues.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
Appointment
- Full-time; fixed-term contract of one year with re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.
