Systems Analyst (IT Business Analyst)

Duties & Responsibilities

Work with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into user stories and functional specifications.
Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable solutions that meet business needs.
Support development by providing clear requirements and ensuring alignment between business and technical delivery.
Contribute to system design and development, and provide technical guidance to developers.
Analyze and document system interfaces between legacy and new platforms to ensure smooth integration.
Participate in full software development lifecycle activities including requirements gathering, design, testing, and implementation.
Develop and enhance application solutions, including modernizing legacy systems.
Prepare and maintain testing materials, system documentation, and user manuals.
Work with IT teams and business users on institution-wide IT initiatives and projects.

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline.
At least 5 years of relevant experience.
