Duties & Responsibilities
- Meet with stakeholders to understand their system and process needs.
- Review current workflows and document existing processes.
- Develop application systems including front-end and back-end coding.
- Participate in system integration testing and user acceptance testing.
- Clarify requirements and resolve issues during the development phase.
- Create user training materials and assist with training and post-launch support.
- Review system outputs for accuracy and suggest improvements based on user feedback.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
- At least 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Analyst Programmer, or Developer.
- Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
- Knowledge of data modelling and database design concepts.
- Hands-on experience with back-end technologies (Python, Node.js, Django).
- Hands-on experience with front-end technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, Bootstrap).
- Experience with database management (SQL, MySQL, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, microservices).
