Duties & Responsibilities
- Translate business rules and user requirements into specifications, database designs, and workflow diagrams.
- Design, develop, and manage APIs and system integrations that are scalable and secure.
- Collaborate with project teams on test strategies, oversee testing, and resolve defects.
- Author user documentation, deliver training workshops, and provide post-implementation support.
- Audit system outputs for accuracy, collect feedback, and implement platform enhancements.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Director.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related quantitative field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Systems Analyst, Analyst Programmer, or Software Engineer.
- Demonstrated experience in user requirement gathering, systems analysis, and technical documentation.
- Strong knowledge of relational database design, data modelling, and SQL.
- Proficiency in backend technologies such as Python/Django or Node.js.
- Proficiency in frontend web technologies such as React, JavaScript, HTML5, CSS3, and Bootstrap.
- Experience with RESTful API design and microservices architecture.
