Duties & Responsibilities
- Support deployment, configuration, and maintenance of Microsoft infrastructure including Windows Server, AD DS, Entra ID, and Intune.
- Manage daily operations of Microsoft 365 services such as Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, and OneDrive.
- Conduct daily health checks including reviewing logs, backups, disk usage, and service status.
- Deploy and maintain network infrastructure including routers, switches, and firewalls.
- Monitor system and network performance to identify and resolve issues.
- Participate in system updates, patch management, and routine upgrades.
- Support IT projects through documentation and testing activities.
