Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead development and application of advanced computational methodologies integrating AI, molecular dynamics simulations, and molecular docking.
- Establish predictive models for natural and non-natural amino acid cyclic peptides.
- Optimize targets for receptor complex and membrane transport.
- Characterize essential parameters governing membrane permeability for peptide delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. in Computer Science, Bioinformatics, Computational Biology, or closely related field.
- Demonstrated experience in training or fine-tuning foundation models for structural biology.
- Strong background in bioinformatics data curation, processing, and cleaning.
Appointment
- Full-time — Initial 1-year contract with possibility of renewal and long-term employment based on performance and mutual agreement.
