Duties & Responsibilities
- Teach Aviation-related courses at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Develop subject curriculum and overall teaching and learning approaches.
- Manage subject administration responsibilities.
- Serve as external liaison with industry partners.
- Perform any other duties assigned by the Head of Unit.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a PhD in Aviation Safety, Aviation Engineering, or relevant discipline; or a relevant first degree plus higher degree with at least three years of post-qualification experience.
- Deliver pilot ground theory related subjects.
- Demonstrate high competence in facilitating learning and development.
- Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English.
- Possess familiarity with the engineering industry.
