Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide teaching and learning support to taught-postgraduate and sub-degree programmes in Chinese Medicine.
- Manage administrative tasks including Moodle course sites, student recruitment, admissions, and timetabling.
- Coordinate practice-based learning such as clinical attachments and field visits.
- Provide technical support for laboratory and practicum teaching, including equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
- Support quality assurance and accreditation documentation and reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Preferably possess a master's degree in Chinese Medicine or Pharmacy in Chinese Medicine.
- Have strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Display strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Advantageous: teaching experience in higher education, Chinese Medicine Practitioners Licensing Examination pass, or Licensed Pharmacist status.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract: one to two years, with re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.
