Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide teaching and learning support to taught postgraduate and sub-degree programmes.
- Manage administrative tasks including Moodle course sites, student recruitment, admissions, and timetabling.
- Coordinate practice-based learning such as clinical attachments and field visits.
- Provide technical support for laboratory and practicum teaching, including equipment maintenance and safety compliance.
- Support quality assurance, accreditation documentation, and data reporting.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Preferably possess a master's degree in Chinese Medicine or Pharmacy in Chinese Medicine.
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Have strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Teaching experience in higher education, Chinese Medicine Practitioners Licensing Examination pass, or Licensed Pharmacist status is advantageous.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract of one to two years; re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability.
